Richard is an Educator, Ericksonian Psychotherapist, Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, published author, and an international speaker, having been involved in meditation, transformation, and helping others expand their awareness since 1970.

He has roughly 30 years of clinical experience when it comes to therapeutic trance states and heart-centring orientations to heal trauma, increase emotional maturity, gain freedom from emotional pain, and engender positive changes in thousands of clients from all over the world.

He’s the former president of the Ericksonian Hypnotherapist Association of Australia, the former vice-president of the Queensland Professional Hypnotherapists Association, a certified HeartMath trainer and has lectured extensively in colleges, universities, workshops and conferences in America, England, Europe, India and Australia. Richard is the founder of The Overview Institute of Australia and its sister organisation, Planetary Human.
